Welcome to BE CLEAR with Bronchiectasis®
BE CLEAR with Bronchiectasis®, LLC is a health education, coaching, and advocacy company founded by Linda Cooper Esposito, MPH. I provide individualized education, resources, and support for people living with bronchiectasis.
BE CLEAR collaborates with companies to inform the community about products that may support better health and help ease the burden of living with bronchiectasis. In addition, I partner with researchers, pharmaceutical companies, and clinical care teams to raise awareness of research and encourage participation in studies within the bronchiectasis community.

Linda Esposito, MPH
Hi, I’m Linda, a Yale-educated health educator, author, and patient advocate, and I also live with bronchiectasis.
I was diagnosed with bronchiectasis in 2017, and like many people living with this chronic lung condition, I had more questions than answers in the beginning. With over 25 years of experience in health education and coaching, I was determined to create the kind of bronchiectasis education and support I couldn’t find: trusted, practical resources grounded in compassion, clarity, and lived experience.
Through BE CLEAR with Bronchiectasis®, I combine current research, best practices, and personal insight to help people better understand bronchiectasis, build confidence in daily self-care, and feel less alone. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been managing bronchiectasis for years, my mission is to help you feel informed, empowered, and supported every step of the way.
